The Process
Intake & Goal Setting
Initial assessment of the educator's experience, strengths, and development goals. Co-creation of a personalized coaching roadmap.
Ongoing Coaching Sessions
Regular 1:1 or cohort sessions combining reflection, skill-building, resource sharing, and real-time practice support. Frequency is customized to each school's calendar and capacity.
Integration & Milestone Review
Periodic review of growth against the coaching roadmap. Celebration of milestones. Adjustments as the educator's role and responsibilities evolve.
