Overview
Saudade: Belonging, Memory, and Shared Humanity
This immersive, one-day workshop invites participants to explore diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and justice through the lens of saudade — a Portuguese concept that captures longing, connection, memory, and the deep human ties that persist across time and place.
Rather than focusing on terminology or compliance, this experience centers reflection, presence, and shared humanity as foundations for meaningful DEIBJ work. The workshop blends storytelling guided by a trained Narrative 4 Story Exchange facilitator, sensory engagement, facilitated dialogue, and reflective practice.
